The 2016 edition of the ISU Space Studies Program will kick off at Technion Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa on 12 July. More than 100 participants from all over the world will start an eight week rollercoaster ride through the world of space. During these eight weeks participants will go through all aspects of the space industry, through lectures, workshops, professional visits and special hands-on activities. Some of these activities, like special VIP evening lectures, are open to the general public, but of course you will have to be present in Israel to be able to attend.
To share as much information, to as many interested people all around the world, many of the Space Studies Program 2016 events can be followed online. Almost all public events, like opening and closing ceremonies, final presentations and several evening lectures will be broadcast live on the ISU live webcast page, with replays available on the ISU YouTube channel.
Much of the day to day life of the Space Studies Program will be shared on social media. ISU uses several channels to reach anyone who is interested. There is a special SSP16 Facebook page, as well as an SSP16 Twitter account and an SSP16 Instagram account. In addition, all staff, participants and faculty are encouraged to use our hashtag #SSP16, as well as the SSP16 motto #DreamItLaunchIt. Searching for these hashtags will reveal posts, photos and videos of the program.
